Which Of You Gt4 Owners Have Run The 1/4 Mile?

Just out of curiosity and any time slips you could share would be advantageous.

My old MR2 ran a 13.5 @ 101 mph with just the boost increased form 13psi to 15.5psi which was pretty good going. I'm now running 16Psi with a cat back custom zorst on my ST205 and it still dont feel as quick. :(

(I know its heavy and 4wd transmission loss blahh blahh blahh)

The reason I thought about this thread is after looking at Daktari's car with it all being striiped etc. Would be interesting to know some strip times.

I will form a list in this post with the fastest time at the top and please note your mods should you have any in your post.

Name - Model - 1/4 time - Terminal Speed

Cheers in advance...

Fizz

3 runs using one of those G meter thingies. averaged out at

Quarter Mile (Secs) : 13.8

Terminal Speed (MPH) : 99.8

Running 1.2 BAR on SUL. Third run i got a sniff of burning clutch so gave up. I don`t know how accurate those things are and also it relies on too many variables. So i wouldn`t give it too much credence. Good for a rough estimate though i guess.

And this was before the last batch of mods. (o2 doodad and fuel mix wotsit) and it was carrying too much weight (passenger)

Only done one 1/4 with it, and the launch was poo

14.20 @ 103mph (speed not right surely?)

Well compared to my mr2 which was a fair bit quicker off the line (in the dry) I would say it was optimistic to get 103 with a stock 205.

Stock 205 normally get around 95-100mph terminal with times varying between low 14s high 13s depending on how brave you are with the lanches
