My local Toyota also has in-store entertainment... coffee machine and half-wit service! My last service (5yr or 40K) only cost me £90 and I had an Aygo as a courtesy car for the night while they repaired the missing bumper paint they jet-washed off while it was in their care  (complained to head office...long story!)

Now my car is coming up to it's 6 year service, I'm seriously considering whether I should take it back there! It's only done 43K, my Hubby & local garage could do all things necessary, is the Mr T stamp really worth anything when you want to keep it?

As a footnote, just had it's MOT this week and needed new front discs & pads (advisery rear pads), not put in Toyota genuine parts as there is such a bad reputation, and they were replaced under warranty at 20K. £270 later, let's hope my baby lasts me!

Somthing you may not know but if you tell your local Mr T which drink you prefer wheather it be Tea or Coffee, it will be stored on the system.

I work for the software house which created and maintains its customer database and sales system. They spent shed loads of monies to get that added to the system to find that hardly anyone actually uses it!
