Think mines blowing a bit out the head gasket any idea how much to get a new one fitted?

From Toyota you'll be looking £650 or more plus the dreaded VAT.

Perhaps a local garage may be able to do the job for about £300, or if you can get to some of the more mechanically able chaps on here, they be able to do it for less.

Its ok false alarm the monkeys at mr t must have spilt some oil down the side of the engine when changing it :toast:

The mechanics at Toyota are ******* retards. When I got my headlight fixed under warranty one of them left a screwdriver inside my engine bay :ffs: only found it when I was fitting my apexi induction kit. So glad my dad is a mechanic and don't have to go to people that don't know what the **** they are doing.

thanks alot im a main dealer, 16 years. i try to do no more or no less than i would on my own car, i put myself in the shoes of who is paying. if i got a free screwy id be greatfull, a snapon one could cost £10 plus
