Avensis 2.0vvti New Cat

After a few weeks of changing o2 sensors one by one and still getting the same error code(P0420) it seems that it must be the cat that needs replacing. I used the generic o2 sensors available on eBay for £18 and they were easy to install and seem to work ok.

Does anyone know if there are any generic/non-toyota branded CAT's available for this engine as toyota want £500 for one? I've been quoted £150 by a scrappy for a 'low-miler' but would rather a new one really.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Still getting the same, have changed all but 1 o2 sensor. Gonna leave it until June to see if it fails MOT as it's not affecting performance.

Black Knight - I thought the 2.0vvti didn't have a MAF sensor?

Thanks
