Help Buying Celica ! Please

Hi im after a gen 5 celica and have seen a couple for sale, as can only afford a gen 5 the 1st description of the car was Toyota Celica 2.0 gti white and J Plate , so is this a turbo? or gt4 ive asked the seller and they dont no, so hopefuly somebody can help me what it actually is, the second one advertised is Toyota Celica st162 2ltr 16 valve twin cam on an L Plate but one of the last gen 5 that was made, so basically are the descriptions correct and which one would have the best BHP Or what would the diference be, and if i could afford a gen 6 i would go for it, as i realy want a gt4 turbo but they go for quite a lot, hope to hera from somebody soon,

the 2.0GTI is a 2 litre 16 valve gen 5 celica not turbo or gt4, and if the seller can't tell you if a car has a turbo or not their obviously short of a few cookies...

GT4's are the only standard turbo celica, a ST16x is a gen 4 celica ST18x gen 5, st20x is a gen 6.

ST165, ST185, ST205 are the GT4's (Turbo and four wheel drive)

ST162, ST182, ST202 are the normally aspriated front wheel drive versions they come in various specs with various engines.

Firstly you need to decide which generation celica you perfer, then people can advise you on the avaliable versions of that generation.

Hay I've got a mate selling one for 1 grand if you want it? It's in a quite a bad state cosmetically but I know the engine is good. It's black and has quite a few dents. You up for the challenge?

Deffo go for the GT rather than ST it has a bit more omph in it.
