Hello

Apart from eBay (as none on offer at present) does any one have any ideas /suggestions for getting hold of the wiring loom required for the Toyota TNS 200 system? In additon also need to source the GPS reciever, will that need to be the original Toyota part or do they make a universal one these days?

Any info on the sat nav system would be helpful. Thinking of biddng on a system on e-bay just doesnt have these parts as were left in original car. My Rav an 02 plate (in case that makes any difference to the connections)

Sorry cannot help on the above ,but this could be an alternative system where I posted on another thread.

Recently aquired a handy piece of kit , sat nav phone .

Nokia N70 from Orange , phone free on £30 a month contract for 18 months , now get my broadband free from Orange , was £17.99 a month .

Purchased Navicore navigation software and GPS unit for £70 to go with the phone . Works a treat and portable .GPS unit in space under handbrake near to the second 12v socket no need to be under windscreen.

and uses bluetooth to communicate with the phone in the holder above the CD player.

Speedo readings all higher than GPS speed reading as most of you have found from other sat nav products.eg On cruise control 66mph speedo 61mph GPS
