Hi all!

I have a 1998 Rav 4 and have had this problem repaired once before only to have it happen again recently. The fuse pannel just under and to the left of the steering wheel seems to get wet when it rains or roads are severly wet. As a result there are moment where the horn/radio/ or power doors do not function. I had the fuse panel replaced and all was good for a while but now it seems to be occuring once again.

Any ideas?

Could water be coming in fomr the wheel well? How about the windshield?

Any help is much appreciated
