after all ive done to the car it sounds like the big ends are away, this is a low mileage eghine aswell, the big ends went in the previous one. i thought they were strong engines, the car hasnt been abused and since i had the new engine fitted the cars not been over 100mph.i dont have the time or money to fix it.

the car ticks over fine with no noise, last time it was rattling like mad.

how much did the big ends cost? how much is my car worth as it is? enough to buy a run around?

i paid £400 for a 6ok apparantly 3sfe engine , then another £400 to have it fitted with a new clutch .

Your cars worth about a grand mate , maybe less but the paint job should hike it a bit - thats in full working order too :( .
