Aygo Courtesy Car

My Yaris has gone in for some work to be done, so for the last 2 days I've had this aygo as a courtesy car.

Can i ask you aygo lovers, is the engine supose to be so throaty or is it just that this courtesy car is :censor: ?

Nice little run about these aygos car. Ive been everywhere for the past 2 days on £4 of petrol. Im talking about 100 miles maybe, thought that was well cool. Also, im very suprised a 1.0 litre can do like 60+mph in 2nd.

Supposed to be throaty sound - it's a plus point not a negative ;)

It is a definate characteristic of the three cylinder engine.......................same on 1.0 New Yaris.............terrific sound

Lol! I aint saying its a bad point. I had the same throaty sound from my old car, a Fiat Punto, but that was because the air intake pipe had a hole in it.

The more i drive this car the more im falling in love with it. Im very impressed. Gotta prefer my yaris tho.

Just did 355 miles on £23, or 60 to the gallon. Can't complain :D

The long gearbox really helps the motorway economy I think.
