Gen 6 Electrical Blues

Hi all

I'm new here and feel a bit cheeky about asking for help in my first post! :P My imported ST202 has an intermittent electrical fault which has just resurfaced after a couple of months. The 15A fuse responsible for the aircon, stereo and door mirrors keeps blowing on start-up, i.e. as soon as the key is turned. The obvious things like the cigarette lighter and electric aerial have been checked but the fuse still pops when they are disconnected.

Are they any other things that immediately spring to anyones mind as being a likely culprit? This is becoming a bit of a pain with winter approaching and having to drive with the windows open to keep the scren demisted .

Probably pushing my luck here, but what the hell... can anyone recommend any other Toyota breakers other than TCB? I need a back exhaust box which they don't have at the moment. Searching online only seems to turn up highly expensive performance stuff, which nice though it may be I can't afford.
