Econo Light

i just bought 99 avensis estate/wagon 1.8 7a-fe.

some minor problems arised as i began to know my car better

the main question that i have @ the moment is that i changed the econo light bulb an d rechecked the bulb

and it works but the econo light doesnt light up, is there some way i could fix this problem myself or is the only place to go a toyota service????

This went on my avensis many years ago and was advised by MrT that I could get the light coming on again but was not really worth it (would have to remove the dash)

Guess the best guide is your right foot!!
