Sorry to advertise my complete ignorance but can one of you knowledgeable Corolla experts out there explain the E numbers to me e.g. E10, E11, E12 etc? Is this a Toyota model number?

I've a 55 Corolla 5d hatchback (latest design) so what E number is it?

Just curious :unsure:

e is the model designation code and the numbers refer to the revision and body type. so yours is an E12 and mine is an (A) E92
