Landcruiser Springs

Hi I am considering lifing the front of my 2005 landcruiser LC5.I have fitted an ARB winch bar and Warn 9.5xp winch and now it sits a bit low in the front.ARB can supply lifted springs but the problem is my car has air suspension on the rear and if I fit lifted ones on the front I don,t know if the rear height sensing will be upset? Also has anyone any idea how hard it is to change front coils on this model, I am used to the Hilux models and have changed leaf and torsion bars on these many times.Your help would be much appreciated.
