Sticky Stuff

hi,

Is there a readily available tape or product that will stick the plastic side trims back on the Celica Gen 5.

Just sprayed them off the car.

They originally had sticky foam, is this available as a tape?

I used double sided sticky tape foam backed stuff, needed to stick mine on for a car show 2 years ago, and they are still on the car.

I think that's the same stuff as what's holding it down origionally?

when I had a door / wing repaired it was replaced (stuck back on) using some sort of car body mastick (spell check) like silicone sealant type stuff. Lasted a few years so far with no problems.

its called trim tape. you can buy it at halford or anywhere that sells body repair materials

I'll check with my local parts shop then Halfords after I've visited the bank.
