Replacement Throttle Body, 1999 Avensis.

have just replaced the throttle body, due to some serious over-revving when idleing, have cured that, but now when the engine is cold it idles at 7/800 rpm, when it,s warm it idles at 1100 rpm, could I have put the coolant pipes on the wrong way round to cause this, or does any-one know another reason ?

The coolant pipes are just to prevent the throttle body icing. Doesn't matter which way around they're connected (so long as they can reach without kinking).

Not sure of the reason for the odd idle speeds though

Have a look at the pipes connecting the vacuum valves. You might have a split preventing the valve from registering high revs/vacuum versus engine temperature.
