Was finishing off putting on my TRD head gasket, and remembered to take some pics. She really dirty but you will get the idea of how my project looks to date. I will get her to a dyno first chance in the new year as long as ...

I don't find anymore coolant leaks

Oil is stops coming from the cam covers

I don't burn oil like fuel

the exhaust doesn't get ripped off by another speed bump thats to high

I don't break the engine or gearbox thrashing the **** out of her :lol:

oh and I don't lose another powersteering pully driving on the motorway

Well had a tirp to the dyno, and well i'm disaponited.

130bhp @ about 6300rpm

100ftlb of tourqe

I have a lot of tunning to do. Alot of it will be down to only running the 7AFE gear box and the std 4age ECU but still I

thought I would be looking at the 150 mark at lest.

Oh well I think I'll try and find a 20v or charger gear box and work on the timing. The new ECU is going to have to wait still the summer now.
