One should be to flick between displays on the trip computer, e.g. average MPG, average speed, distance travelled, range of tank. The other should be for you to hold down so you can talk to your car - and execute some voice instructions.

Looks like these buttons right?

The Trip display mode should be pretty obvious when you press the button and look at your trip computer,

not sure about the voice commands as I don't have the T-Spirit, but I still have the button in my T4 though it is disabled.... didn't stop me trying to talk to the car thinking it would do something do lol :D

I too have a 2005 T Spirit with the two useless buttons. I asked Mr T at Jemca Croydon a

couple of months ago and was told that all T Spirits are fitted with the same steering wheel

but the voice recognition buttons only work if you have the full SAT Nav system

(the one with the large screen). Otherwise they are disabled. Hope this solves the mystery.

I also thought the T Spirit had everyhting but unfortunately it is not the case such as the power and

seat heaters and the tire pressure warning system.
