At the moment I have 14 inch winter-tyres on my old avensis (that I have sold yesterday)

On my just bought corolla I have to buy:

wheels+wintertyres 15 inch

or wheels 14 inch and mount the wintertyres I already have

Will it make much difference ???

You could buy 14" ironwheels from a Corolla E11 and put your wintertyres on those wheels or sell them and buy 15" ironwheels and buy new wintertyres 15"

they have to be 4x100 for the NUTS
