Tyre Wear Problem Granvia / Regius

Hi

I've been trying to buy a Regius or Granvia but the ones I've been looking at appear to have a tyre wear problem - ripping the edge off the fronts.

Is this normal or a suspension / steering problem? Can it be cured or helped by changing the wheels and tyres for a commercial size and grade?

The Hiace Custom doesn't seem to suffer the same problem, would it be a better option?

Hi me thinks that tracking of the front wheels may be to blame. If you dont already know tracking is a painless effort and cost me last time only £9 and takes bout 10 mins......
