2002 Previa - Some Dashboard Switch Back Lights Not Working

Hi, The backlights for the rear heater and air con switches on my 2002 Previa are not working - all other switches are illuminated. Annoying and I can live with it. Does anybody know how to get to and replace the bulbs, LEDs, fibre optics, or however the illumination works? I do not have a workshop manual, so any suggestions please. Thanks, Rob
