Hello world.

This is my first post, and my english aint that good :help: ;) but i stil hope you want to read the shaite I`m writing..

Well, I was just wondering if there where any owner off the yaris t-sport turbo in here ?

I got one, but wonders if anybody else has tuned theres ?

What boost pressure can it take ( its "only" 0.45 originale soo...), the cluch, LSD and transmission is this god **** or bad ****... ( or the same as in the t-sport)

Any body tried to change the exhaust, downpipe, air filter. and so on.

Ehem, so the thing I wanna know is. Whats your mod`s on this litle "sports" car ?

The only thing i have done to mine is a bether sound system( helix amp, focal front speaker and pioneer slim woofer in the spare tire`s place) , im satisfied whit that and off course, a blow off valve so i can prov it`s a real turbo ****

It could have had something to do with the turbo driver not being very good ;)

Theres also the power to weight ratio to look at too.

Don't agree on the power to weight thing - earpl's car had him in it! (I'm in so much trouble for that!)

Yes, could have been operator problems but, well, she wasn't that bad at all..

Similar performance to the TTE supercharger

140BHP / 6000

190Nm torque / 3200

0-100km/h 7.9 sec

top speed 201km/h

TTE supercharger has 10BHP less with similar output to turbo, but without the turbo lag.

Plus couldn't you just find the extra 10bhp in making the pulley lighter/smaller slightly? Obviously exhaust and that would also give you it but i mean as in making the supercharger a better idea than the turbo? Would be interesting to compare cost? Does the Yaris Turbo differ in trim much from a Tsport? Obviously it has that different front bumper and spoiler (which are nice) but wondered if you got anything else with it being turbo? Will the clutch be uprated? Dif gearing? etc.

EDIT: By scanning the pictures also noticed colour coded boot lock :P Is that on all P2's?

Car looks amazin m8

Is that a TRD rear spoiler?

Anyone else notice it has a different front bumper from UK P2 YTS and TTE one

My front bumper

TTE front bumper

http://www.tte.de/images/car_models/Yaris_...opup_header.jpg

Also a bit cheap that they paint the full front bumper and only part of the rear :P

Pretty :censor: we dont have any in the UK

Also get it lowered

if a lightweight crank pulley fits with the supercharger you'd have a bit more power.

Full exhaust system, lightweight flywheel for extra fun

Interior should be the same, or the few images on google the interior looked the same as mine.

Unsure about the gearing and clutch, anyone know of any sites where there is more info on the turbo.

all ph2 boot locks are colour coded

Woody-

i can tell you that the clutch is the same on the turbo , as mine is not very well :(

and i've been looking for a new one, i spoke to toyota europe who told me the turbo clutch wasnt uprated.

Thanks rob [ & chris ] i have a helix organic clutch on order

as the standard t- sport one did not like the extra power from the compressor :crybaby:

i hope to get some power figures when my new clutch is in :D

and yes p2's have colour coded boot locks

Gotta say macgyver81 i really like your front bumper
