Hey,

Got my MOT coming up at the end of the month. I'm a little concerned I might fail because of the brows...anyone have these and been for an mot with them on? Did they pass?

Cheers for any help

Aslong as they dont block light your fine so have a look at light pattern on something like garage door to see outline of eyebrow!

you shouldn't fail your MOT.

The brows are on top of the light and they don't block any of the light, so you should be fine

Cool thanks for the help  suppose even if it does fail i'll just need to removed them...would just rather not have the hassle of a resit.

sphinktar1988 I got the brows from JAXX a member on here. Not sure if he's still selling them but its worth a pm to ask :)

Mine are made from vinyl so when light is shone on them they go seethrough :P

Best of both worlds lol

I'm not sure if it will pass.... the trd brows like mine, don't actually intrude the lighted part of the lens just stick on the plastic around the lens, where as the fabulous ones actually cut into the lighted part...

Hmmmm i asked my dads friend this morning and he said if it intrudes the light then it wont pass....

He runs and garage and does MOTs...

and i have to take my number plates off and put new ones on or he wont let me pass :( lol

Any ideas on taking them off? Hairdryer work? Not even entirely sure what there stuck on with as the garage put them on.

double sides tape or silicone is what I would have stuck them on with.

Jaxx's site that sells those fabulous brows says they fine as dont actually intrude on the beam pattern itself

Never noticed that bit, cheers woody  Wonder where the pic of my car went that used to be on his site to advertise them?

neither of them should affect the actual beam pattern :)

if they are then youve put them on wrong

and as Burnie says... go to that link if you fancy some :)
