i think that only we in malta tune/modife our corrolla II windy i dont know why... they are really gr8 cars... and are very good looking with miner body kits...

Try to find someone who already tuned his car, or a friendly mechanic might help.

On a similar note, does any one know if a Japan made 1996 Corolla II is OBD-II compliant? And where is the freakin connector??

It would be OBD I I think. OBD II was brought in for the year 2000 IIRC
