Does The Rev2 3sge Have A Cold Start Injector?

I just finished a swap of a 3sge rev2 celica engine into my '91 Mr1. It runs great but won't get enough fuel (pretty sure) to start on its own. Did the celica rev2 3sge have a cold start injector like the Mr2 motor had? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance
