Is there any way of shutting up the dam sounder for seat belts the first noise is ok but the louder tone is truly horrible.

Can distract you when reversing also

Putting on the seat belt - there shouldn't be any reason to have it sounding.

And why the problem reversing? The belt has never obstructed my view of the mirrors...

I believe the dealer can do it. It's one of the items listed under "dealer programmable options".

It does go of on its own after 90 seconds.

Best option is to wear it!
