It's a scam; there's no way you can get more HP AND better mileage

at the same time and certainly not by just plugging in a resistor...

You will note the ad says not suitable for turbo engines. I have seen the same product being sold for use on smart cars which are only available with turbos! The whole thing is tosh. A resistor costs pennies they will make a killing at £5 each.

ECU remapping does work, but in general a turbo engine is needed as they work by reprogramming the turbo boost. We had or smart remapped to take it from 54 to about 80 bhp.

you dont need a turbo to get your car mapped, if your fuelling is electronically controlled it can be mapped. If you got a new filter and exhaust and maybe a couple of other things mapping would be beneficial
