Hi all,

My friend in Greece recently bought a Corolla verso.

Unfortunately it comes with no alarm.

He wants to fit an alarm which can use to lock and unlock the car as well.

So basically what he wants is a good alarm system but without having to operate two remotes to lock and unlcock the car.Is it possible to do the job using 1 remote only?

Can you help me plz?

Cheers

Hi there,

You want an OEM upgrade car alarm. I fitted one to a Peugeot 405 I used to have.

It connects up to the existing remote central locking and hence operates from the existing keyfob. I paid 95 quid for the kit from an local dealer & fitted it myself as it came with full instructions but you can get them fitted for you.

Toyota may do their own (expensive probably) but there are 'generic'ones available just google for it.

Cheers

Martin
