Bodykits

Hi,

I'm new to the board. I have an XR2 but because i'm a student and cannot afford the insurance, my Dad 'gave' me my mum's Yaris 1.0 GS.

I'm thinking of the C-Zone bodykit...has anyone got it and what do they think?

Hi Sean,

I have to differ, :o IMO it looks like one of those ugly fish you find where there's no light at the bottom of the ocean – sorry!

would probably be better without those headlight covers though

my friend has fitted that bodykit you have posted!!

it looks very aggressive and dodgy shall i say!! it makes your car look like a boyracer car and not a prime looking yaris!!

according to my friend, they only have three bolt holes in the front and back bumpers and only a few garages know how to fit them!! so its best for you to find out the specialists on this job first!!

the novice garages will charge you alot without the expertise in that special made bumper!!

my friend got it to one of this garage and they agreed to fit it and spray for 200, at the end of day they were still wondering how such a heavy bumper only got 3 holding holes!! when they fitted it, it was wobbling from side to side!!

so beware!!!

i am going for a different one myself, will post it next time round!!!

don't think that body kit is nice at all. ive seen them in real life and its not worth the money... ive seen just on other kit from the UK and thats a touring kit but i don't know how much it is ill try and find out for you
