Bluetooth

I've ordered and arranged installation of bluetooth for my Avensis (year 2004, Sol, no navigation, daylight enabled) with steering wheel command for integrated audio system

Dealer made an installation, but I found something very very wrong

At first, I wasn't been able to initiate pairing by holding "mode" button on wheel

Second visit to dealer shows that they had a lot of problems during installation and that only possible solution is to disconnect radio to initiate pairing ??1

Third visit makes me even more angry as they suggested me to install another bluetooth device with own keypad as intended for cars without steering wheel commands

Lastly, today they tried to fix it but unfortunately managed to make even worse, somehow killing interior lights when doors are open and killing radio illumination

If anybody knows what went wrong and/or how to fix it I'll be gracefull

Sounds like they may have blown a fuse possibly.
