Here is the list you wanted ,you dont need many things to fit a turbo to the engine:

Turbo IHI Rhb32 (daihatsu charade)

T piece to fit in the place of the oilpressure switch (take oilpressure switch with you so you are given the correct part and thread).

Oil feed line 35" braided pipe with female fittings at both ends (one to the turbo where you need to put a fitting in if im not wrong its 3/8s and thesame on the other side to go to the T piece)

2 flange -one to go on the headside of the 3-1 and one to go at the end of the 3-1 where the turbo is connected.

Oil return pipe return to the sump from the turbo

4th injector (i put Keihin from honda civic 200cc per min).

Bov Type1

Micro switch to activate 4th injector(this is temporary until ecu arrive and i will fit an airpressure switch to activate this).

T peice to split the fuel line in 3 to feed 4th injector.

First you get a turbo (i got an IHI RHB32 used on the daihatsu Gtti as it was designed for a 3cyl) then you need to weld a nozzle in the top side of the sump (oil return from the turbo to the sump) Then you have to cut 2 flanges 1: take the exhaust gasket as a guide and the 2:The flange that from the 3 into 1 goes to the turbo (so you have to make a copy of the turbo flange for that) Then turbo fitted at your local silencer garage (keep the lambda sensor in thesame place) yon need to install the oil line to feed the tubo taken from the oil pressure switch where you should connect a T fitting (at the end fit the oil pressure switch on top fit the turbo oil feed) and ur done . Then fit a A/F ratio meter to monitor the fuel.if too lean there are two alternatives 1:change standard injectors to keep up with the demand or as i did fit another injector 4th which i had to keep changing to keep up with the engine demand everytime i did a change to something like (the exhaust ,I went from a 155cc per min to 200cc per min injector )This is activated through a microswitch fitted where the throttle cable connects to the throttlebody.Well this is a basic explanation then you have to solve problems that rise when you are doing the job! If any of you need to know anything else just ask.

so how is your aygo doing mate 3 weeks ago or so i saw you at hal far, umm i was realy impressed :D are u still running on the 1.0 vvt-i 3cyl a i've heard you had replaced the engine with a glanza one

An AYGO/C1/107 altered to 115BPH is like driving a 2.5 Mondeo. The AYGO/C1/107 are so light, you should be FLYING. Probably takes 6-7 seconds to 60mph/100kmh?

Aygo VVTi DOES have A/C on his car, you can see the lines and compressor in the pics he posted on the first page of this topic...

and why have you raised your hood ?

Just have a look ONE post above your question...

I'll have to correct myself on that; at first he HAD A/C, but since he's

fitted a completely different engine, I doubt if it's still fitted with A/C :D

Currently speculating whether to buy my mother's 2006 Toyota Aygo 1.0 and turbocharge it...
Didn't think anyone had done it before, as I had only seen supercharged Aygos.

The parts used in this build, are they still the "best" to use?
If I were to use a small Garret/Precision/Warner turbo and install a BOV, would that be worth it and is it even worth it to turbocharge a car from 2005 with 150.000 KM on the back?
