I did write a letter to the dealership in the end aswell as toyota GB. i know it probably sounds like i am not doing all i can do but its just all getting on top of me. like they were meant to ring me today and its 4.45 so i am gonna ring them now.

honestly i will try my hardest to keep busting them along but i am finding it hard especially when half the time i dunno what i am going on about.

I heard (a long time ago) of someone who was in similar difficulty and she took out a injunction against the dealer the result of which they were forced to cease trading. Does that sound possible?

Couldn't you contact BBC Watchdog or whhatever it's called?

Or some kind of consummer interests group?

I know that in the Netherlands a couple of these shows

have such impact that ONE phoncall from them can

Well that is definately an option... it would help though with watchdog if there are other owners with the same problem. An isolated story generally doesn't make good journalism/good television and lets face it thats the most important thing when it comes to the media.

Also the schizophrenic nature of lucie's approach to the dealer... probably isn't going to help when it comes to clarifying the situation.
