Can't say from personal experience but I have searched this topic thoroughly on this site, the conclusion I reached was... not worth it. Run a search for yourself to find out more.

Increase the fuel pressure and you get increased fuel injected so unless you can make the mixture correct again by increasing the air intake then you will be getting a rich mix. Not only wasting fuel but wasting money. You only need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator if your injectors are maxing out.

Cheers for the feedback, It was just one of the guys at hypertech said it was good for gains. C when u say i need t increase the air intake to compensate for the increase in fuel pressure, would an induction kkit do this? Im probly gonna sound really dense lol! Im having a custom carbon fibre i.kit fitted at the wknd, its gonna be sitting down below at the wheel arch......

Cheers again :)
