Cv Joint / Front Wheel Noise

I've asked before here, but I'm still getting a funny noise on right lock. It only seems to happen occaisionally, usually notice it when I'm turning out of my drive, so right turns with a bit of camber. Not on slow turning either, but when I need to get away fast, out of the drive or a junction. Sounds a lot like Blue84 described in my original post "on right lock like two marbles clicking together, nothing like a grating noise just some clicking". I was convinced that it was a CV joint, so I've had both taken off and cleaned today (they looked fine) and repacked with fresh grease (orignal grease had gone watery).

It's still making the noise now, so unless CV joints are damaged, is there anything else it could be? If anyone could describe the noise of the other suggestions from the original post (wheel bearing or brakes I think), it would be muchly appreciated. Also discovered a slight oil leak from one of the front shocks, could this cause it?

Cheers for any help in advance. :)

Full lock could well be the powersteering clicking as it reaches the end of its rack or something :P I know it does and should make a noise on full lock but can't think what it is!
