Nasty Rattle

Hi all

I have a gen 5 st182, love the car but its developed a nasty rattle from the engine and misfires when it warms up, a mechanic friend thinks it could be the cam followers or lifters, don't really know that much about engines myself but i wondered if anyone else has had the same or similar problem ??

Only one thing for it. Whip the cam cover off and check. ;)
