Radio Signal

The signal in my T Sport is rubbish compared to other cars I've been in. And I've noticed that the aerial on my TS is quite short compared to other cars. I know you have to have a certain size aerial to pick up radio frequencies correctly and efficiently. I was wondering that maybe the aerial on the TS might be too short.

Will I benefit of changing the aerial to like an after market beesting aerial?

I really don't know. It's smaller than any car in my village. It's nearly half the size of a normal ariel.

I've got a pic of it on my camera. I'll upload it tomorrow.

Heres a pic of my car. It's the only one I could find with the aerial in the photo.

It's much smaller than the one on my dads Primera for example.

thats the standard aerial

It looks smaller

The Phase 2 standard aerial is 16 inches long, yours looks a lot shorter.

Looks like a cheap eBay one to me ...... I had one and it reduced the quality of signal too

What you could do to get an original is ask on here if someone will sell theirs if they have replaced it with a Bee Sting aerial - or go to a breakers yard

I imagine Mr T would charge a small fortune ;)
