Is it me or do they seriosly kill your back!

had it a year now n my back just seems to be getting worse!

18 with a back back its terrible.

I find them quite comfortable if rather narrow! To be fair, I have not done any long journeys in it.

I thought they were quite comfy. I don't seem to have a problem with any Toyota seats though.

Are you doing stretching and flexibility stuff daily?

lol obviosly not.. i dont think they are comfy at all tbh dont really have anything to compare it too like, maybe im i just need to do more exersice.

Not much side support, especially on the seat, the backrest is sort of OK.

But they're good enough for me. Try the seats in a Daewoo/Chevrolet Matiz,

now THOSE are really crappy; if you're over 6' the seat is WAY too short...

They aren't the most comfortable, but I don't get problems with them. If the pain is at the base of your spine it's a lumber support problem. As a possible solution roll up a towel and place it at the back of the seat where the back meets it.

get leather seats dunno whether they make a difference to comfort but i never had problems with mine

No difference; same seat, different skinning, that's all...

They actually take off the cloth and replace it with

leather at the dealer if you order leather seats...

I find them quite comfy but I'm pretty large and I have found the material is stretching already and mine's only 2 months old. Most I've done is 380 miles in a day and no problem.

I find the seat covers snag very easily and are starting to loosen a bit.

On another point my dealer told me that both front seats are identical so if 1 starts to wear (i.e. the drivers) you COULD swap them over - however now I've had a chance to think about this you can't because the side air bags will be on the inside if you did or am I missing something ?

haha yea, it said on top gear that the seats are the same, guess they probs are but just mirrored. Mine are really starting to get snagged and that with my mates constantly jumping in and out n that.. also found sum funny stain in the back seat that wont come out :/

The airbags WOULD prohibit you from doing a swap side to side.

You can't even swap the backrests between the seat-bits and then

swapping them, as the cloth for the backret and seat is all one bit...
