Hi folks hello from a newbie had my rav 4 for 2 weeks now bought it as an approved used as a second car for me and my dog.Very impressed with it so far having come from a large mitsubishi.I wanted a 4x4 but had no longer needed the larger 7 seaters so fancied a smaller version i did try a subaru forester but couldnt get the seats, steering rake how i wanted them and test drove a Honda CRV a few miles of the 4 wheel drive kicking in at the most inappropriate times like turning right at junctions and entering roundabouts put me right off, that may be due to the fact i have to drive Auto due to injury. No such problems with the rav.

There doesnt seem to be a vibrant after market for accesories apart from the usual; suspects like formula 4x4 or direct 4x4?

and i had to access toyota europe to even get a look at what toyota offers minus any uk prices?or am i looking in the wrong spot?

I've a '94 RAV and after a fair wee bit of searching, theres not a lot around for the RAV unless its just cosmetic stuff you want. I found rotordiscs were able to provide me with better front discs than the toyo stuff which is poor by comparison. EBS also do stuff for the RAV. Would imagine yours won't need a new exhaust, but there are others about as well. You can also get uprated/adjustable dampers easily although yer Toyota dealer will argue that you can't ! I can't help with any mods for your engine cos mines much different...anyway good luck! :P
