Strange Noise

Now, this might turn out to be something trivial, but at the moment, its extremely annoying!

Every time a either pull away, or put the foot down, i get a strange noise that sounds like its coming from the windscreen. It sounds like the noise a small stone hitting the window makes. Now obviously its not this, as it happens EVERY time - but i have no idea what it can be???

Its only recently its started btw.

hey im getting the same ticking noise.. except its more than once its about 10 times and it happens when im jus setting off? have u found out what it is yet?

not experienced this, but remove wiper arms then the black scuttle pannel, test drive, if noise has gone put foam padding at on scuttle pannel edge and screen contact

Perhaps the plastic is loosening up inside of the car near the window and thats what is making the ticking sound? Some parts might have loosened up...

The noise has seem to have stopped (fingers crossed i havent just jinxed it!)

No idea what it was, and i didnt do anything to alter the wipers etc.

Strange.
