Wheel Bearing, N/s Rear...

Hello people.

As the topic title says, I need my rear nearside wheel bearing replaced.

I was going to do this myself, but can't be doing with the hassle at this time of year.

Is it the same job on the UK model as JDM as far as tools/time is concerned. I'm thinking about just giving it to Mr.T to do, and they're quoting about an hours job, all going well, but could rise to two hours... and that's as long as it's the same tool to remove the old bearing and press the new one as it is on the UK MR2.

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks in advance.

[and yes... I did use the search first!]

Can see no reason why not .. they are the same parts.

Only issue could be the rev1 & rev2/3/4/5 differences (but even then, I think the physical hub is the same).

Thank Ben aka Bibbs for that one..

Thank you mate. Good work.

Downside: I checked this out too late and is now sold

Upside: I'd already bought one from Toyota

Downside: I paid ~£73 and it didn't come with circlip, dust cover or pin

Upside: I appreciate your help!

mr T will happily do anything for an MR2 turbo.

the body and drivetrain are the same as the non turbo which was on sale here.

and the engine is the same as the GT4 whish was on sale here.

so its all gravy baby!
