Changing Colour Of Lights In Central Panel

Recommended Posts

I saw on a blogspot somewhere in cyberspace that someone had changed the colour of the lights in the central panel behind the temperature gauge bits - has anyone here tried that? Any ideas where I might get some different coloured lights from?

Yeah, that's the blogspot I saw - have tried downloading the manuals that it links to but it doesn't seem to like my computer...ho hum! When I get my car I might have a look at how easy the central panel is to remove. The blue lights like that guy has done, or preferably some pink ones would look wicked!! :D

Guidom - were there any other colours in the Halfords lights? And is it something quite simple to do for someone who is a total eejit with cars?!

I haven't done it myself, this is a dutch C1 driver. I don't think you have to be a professor to do this.

As I understand you have to take the mid console off, then take the original light out and put the Halfords or any other compatible light in. You only need to know what you are doing electricity wise.
