I wouldn't wait until the service - especially if that car is under warranty. I'd phone the dealer and get round there and drive round in the courtesy car while your car is fixed. Judging by the way some members have been treated it might even pay to get an independent inspection - that might be going overboard though.

If you continue to drive it and the condition worsens you may risk blame for causing some of the damage through failure to getting a problem sorted

I would get to Mr T as soon as. You don’t want to cause any more potential damage.

Ref the springs, anything to do with the after market wheels?

Warranty is void isnt it as wheels are aftermarket?

Put the original wheels back on before you take it back

Could be due to them being the wrong size IMO

i mite just put the orgional wheels back on anyway, just they look crap which is why i changed them in the first place.

i got the Aygo cos of the good reputation of Toyota, but actaully its only 1/3rd toyota and the rest is French should of just stuck with the Suzuki swift which i was gunna get in the first place lol.

ill probs ring them up and ask what they think about it.

Sorry Matty your Aygo is only part french DESIGN

The cars are in fact made in the Czech Republic, but the engines and major running gear are Toyota.

Peugeot and Citroen contribute to some of the interior/exterior design.

Hope you get your problems sorted out to your satisfaction.

the engines and major running gear are Toyota.

The way the factory is run is also contributed by Toyota.

As I understand they have a very specific "Just-In-Time" system

which is one of the most time and cost efficient ones world wide...

Sorry to hear bout your problems take it back and demand satisfaction why not try out an Auris while you wait. Jan is right the Toyota production system is the best on the world, I teach its methods to other companies and they are very rigorous but of course over 70% of ANY car is made by somebody else and shipped to the production line at the exact moment it is needed (just in time) you should see a curtain sided transporter unloading the seats they just made in the exact order of production within 4 hours of being scheduled by Toyota, nobody else does it as well.
