93' Corolla Gt Fx

hi guys. i recently bought a 93' 20 valve corolla gt fx. i want to do a small bit of work to it and was wondering does anyone have any hints or sugestions. i also want to increase the power and i know its hard to get it out of the 20 valves but can anyone suggest possible ways. jus want to be pointed int right direction

Full model; Corolla gt fx twin cam 20 valve, ae101 4age engine.

De-cat and fit a performance exhaust, it'll open it up lots. Also, if you can afford it, put some aftermarket management on it and run the throttle bodies open.

iv decated mine, fitted a buddyclub spec iv exhaust, airfilter, trd leads ngk Iridium plugs, toms racing ecu, vvti controller. thats my engine mods

im honestly not that sure.. i really need to get it rolling roaded soon.

i went up against my wee brothers old standard backtop trueno bzg and i was just pulling ahead of him.

the best mod i can think of for the silvertops is to turbo them and if you are wanting to keep it n/a then swap the silvertop head and itb's for the blacktops and fit aset of cams. also use the blacktop wireing loom n ecu so you can convert from airflow meter to map sensor, then run open itb stacks

and if your working on a budget its hard to squeeze good power out the engine using basic mods.

yeah cool thanks lads, i'll check them sites out. im not looking to do anything mad to it, jus a few small upgrades. dont wanna ruin d car either at d same time.
