Avg fuel consumption 7.9L/100km

Problems/events:

1. Problem with cold start in mild weather (+5-0C). I had to turn started for 10-15 sec until engine start. Reason - problem with ECU software. After reinstalation of new version - problem dissapeared as well as better torque characteristic appeared at low rpm

2. Strange noice appeared from air filter during cold weather. Dealers changed some materials of air filder box (related with sound deacreasing).

going by the pic a bit of soap and water wouldn't go amiss

as for the problem with cold starting in mild weather, mine has the same problem think i'll go and have a word with MrT

try to keep key on ignition possition for some 5-10sec before start - it helped.

regarding washing car - it does not make sence during winter time, only for a 2-3km you can keep it clean. When there is mix of gravel and salt on a roads for 5-6 months - what's the point to wash it? :) Usually my last wash is on November and then in March or April.

For today avg consumption 8.2L/100km (caused by air-conditioning and increased speeds in motorways during summer time)

No repairs needed (in addition to those mentioned in the first post).

Tommorow heading for Germany - this is excatly the car for their autobans. :-)
