Hi Folks,

After nearly two years of t-sport complete trouble-free ownership I'm getting rid in april.

So I have a couple of bits to sell separately that I thought someone here might be interested in before they go on eBay.

K&N Air Filter - Basically makes the car sound like a rocket with a bit of a performance increase, includes all the bits and box etc.

Here is what it looks like fitted:

Dension IceLink for the corolla so you can listen (in perfect quality as its a direct connection, not dodgy fm) and control the ipod with the standard toyota stereo.

Can you tell me a bit more about the ICELink?

How Much? How does it connect? Is it AUX jack on the front (do they even have one?) or somewhere in the back?

Picking up my T Sport on wednesday and iPod connection would be nice!

Can't see the pics but I guess the K&N is an induction kit rather than a panel filter is it?

Edit:

Pics have decided to appear now, can see it's an induction kit!

i would be interested in the ice link if it has not already been sold as fm transmitters are not too good - or alternatively where i can buy one form and how much in looking at?

Hi,

I will accept £70 inc shipping.

What happens is the ipod connects to this little black box which then converts the ipod signal to a cd changer interface (so the radio thinks its a cd changer connected). Which means you can control the playlist/track using the controls on your stereo - not the ipod (the steering controls will not control it however).

To see if it is compatible you need to look on the back of your stereo and check how many pins are on the cd changer connector - if there are 12-Pin (2 x rows of 7 & 5 pins) then it will work fine (as a guide my corolla is a 2003 pre-facelift).

Sorry about the description of the K&N thing - I am rubbish at anything to do with engine bits!

Here is a link with the full info on the K&N 57i Induction Kit.

Let me know if you need anymore info......

Cheers

John

how much do you want for the filter including packaging?

£40 including shipping.

They currently retail at £100 on eBay etc so I think thats a fair price.
