I have recently bought a 98 jap spec GT4.

i am doing the timing belt and full service on it, i want to add in a sports panel filter as i heard that they are better than the cone filter replacement unit.

which oil is the best to use in it.

any recomendations on which one and where to get one.

i also want to get a dump valve, any recomendations. i was checking out the HKS SSQV units but they seem to be a bit expensive.

Cheers...

Panel filter either TRD, Apexi or Blitz

Also take the resonator box out of the wing.

Oil 10W40 full synthetic. I use Silkolene Pro S from Opie Oils. http://www.opieoils.co.uk/

As for dump valves common choices are HKS SSQV, Blitz supersonic, Sard R2D2. Have a look around eBay and you can usually find some going cheap at some point.
