Gen 5 Headlights

C'mon friends , someone knows why my near side headlight does'nt work on dip.............it's doin my head in! Its not the bulb.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I replaced the bulb only to realise that it was the bulb holder that had melted and the contacts were no longer touching the metal connections on the bulb.

I have posted an earlier message in the forum asking if anyone knows how I can replace this plastic 3-way connection. It is brown plastic and appears to connect up to the rest of the wiring loom, making it apparently impossible to replace.

HELP!
