Aygos rule!

Picked my new baby up from the garage at 4pm today, although I got there at about 3:30 and just spend half an hour sitting in my old car admiring my bounty from afar...seeing her glisten in the sunlight...seeing other mortals with lesser automobiles cower in my wake... well, actually just making one old lady nervous, think she thought I was gonna steal her purse or car jack her!

Then sat there for 10mins while the dealer said some things that made no impression on me, before jumping in and driving off - managed about 10 yards of freedom before hitting rush hour traffic and edging forward inch by inch for the next mile!

So far the main problem I've had is thinking I've stalled as when I'm sat in neutral I can't hear the engine or feel the car juddering ( a major issue with previous one!) and the power steering is confusing me - keep nearly veering into walls...but other than that I'm well chuffed so far, and really hope it stays that way!

Have got tomorrow earmarked for some serious accessorising, so an excellent weekend all round! Yippee!

Laters y'all!

1 year on I still press key fob a hundred times and make sure I can park where I can look it at before I go to sleep at night, and the ice blue looks amazing in the dark...so shiney

I'm useless! I've never had central locking before, so the whole concept of not physically turning a key is quite new to me, but I do have to press the key fob at least 5 times, and then pull the dorr handle and check the boot....just to be sure!

Still haven't been out for a proper drive in her yet...have been at work every day since I got her, but on Monday I have the whole day off, and Staffordshire better watch out!
