Fuel Cut

Made one of the FCDs on the GTfours website ( http://www.gtfours.co.uk/). Just having some problems with it. My dad reckoned we could hook the deivce up to the Pressure sensor itself, but i seem to still be getting fuel cut. Does the unit have to be linked up to the ECU side of things?..Also anybody know whether the FCD on the Gtfours website is compatible with the ST185 I was rahter hoping to have 1.1 bar boost today, but it has all gone a bit pete tong...
