Recomended Gear Box Oil

hi, can anyone recomend a good oil for my 1995 rav4 manual gearbox . cost of oil is not a problem . thanks

As for brand, I expect some members out there can recommend some.

thanks , i hope someone can give me a good brand as my gearbox is a little worn but still acceptable , i would rather put good oil in rather than cheap stuff.

We have used Miller oils too and found them to be excellent. Synthetic oils seem to be better for older gearboxes than mineral ones.

Whatever you do, don't be tempted to put any slippery additives in your gearbox - in my experience they stop your synchromesh from working. I've thrown away two gearboxes after putting that sort of stuff in.
