Driver's Seat

Had my 1.8 T3X 6 months now and generally very pleased with it. It's in for a service next weekend and I've asked the main dealer to see if there is anything that can be done about the creaky trim around the computer display and near the glove compartment. These issues have been covered in previous posts.

I'm also noticing that the driver's seat can be very squeaky as you shift your weight around. Probably more annoying than the noise mentioned above. Looking underneath the seat the noise appears to come from the cushion/padding rather than external springs. May be the previous owner was a bit on the chubby side causing excessive wear, but has anyone else noticed similar issues? Is there a fix otherthan replacing the seat?

I replied to a question a while ago about how to prevent the airbags going off in the seat during an overhaul. I belive his car was a T3 X, could be a cloth seat problem?
